A bilingual, cinematic brand and marketing site for Kawacom's — Cyprus's fast-growing specialty coffee chain — from a scroll-choreographed hero film to an interactive store locator and a franchise journey.

The Challenge

Kawacom's roasts 100% Arabica sourced from Brazil's Ipanema Coffee Farm across 30+ stores and a growing franchise network. They needed a flagship site as crafted as their coffee: fully bilingual (Greek/English), fast and SEO-ready, with an interactive store locator, a franchise pipeline, and client-editable content — all wrapped in a signature, motion-rich brand experience that works flawlessly from a widescreen laptop to a phone.

The Solution

We built a React 19 single-page application with static pre-rendering of every route for instant first paint and strong SEO. Its signature is a scroll-choreographed hero: a cinematic coffee film that scrubs down the page and morphs seamlessly into the About section — tuned frame-by-frame for desktop, with a dedicated portrait clip served to phones. GSAP ScrollTrigger drives a growing-plant animation and section reveals, while an interactive Leaflet map powers the store locator across every location. A Payload CMS feeds the blog and legal pages, i18next delivers a complete Greek/English experience, and the whole site ships to AWS CloudFront behind Cloudflare with a hardened origin-verify layer.
