The Challenge

They need a unified system that handles multi-provider calendars, client management, automated reminders, and payment tracking — all while offering their clients a seamless self-service booking experience.
The Solution
We built a complete SaaS platform with two dedicated frontends: a business portal for owners to manage appointments, clients, services, and payments, and a client-facing booking app where customers discover businesses and book appointments. The multi-tenant architecture supports businesses of any size with real-time calendar views, SMS/email notifications, Stripe-powered deposits, and a responsive design that works flawlessly on any device.
