The person behind
the studio.

thehtml.studio is the one-person studio of Panagiotis Menelaou — a web developer based in Limassol, Cyprus.

I started the studio in 2024 with a simple position: most business websites in Cyprus are slow, templated, and owned by nobody. I build the opposite — hand-written React and TypeScript, deployed on infrastructure I run (AWS CloudFront, Railway), with performance you can measure in Lighthouse rather than take on faith.

Being a studio of one is deliberate. The person you talk to on the first call is the person who writes the code, sets up the hosting, and answers when something needs changing a year later. No account managers, no hand-offs, no "the developer will get back to you."

Recent work includes Synopsis Architecture, AVEDGE Studio and Kawacom's — architecture, CGI production, and specialty-coffee retail, all Cyprus businesses with very different needs and the same requirement: a fast site that actually represents them.
